Quality
Brass Extruded Rods, Sheet, Dies & Tools are checked and verified to meet technical specifications of customer as per specific quality plan prepared by us for particular product/customer.
We carry out in-process inspection at various stage of production, as per customer's requirements.
Each components is subjected to final inspection before dispatch for followings :
- Dimensional inspeciton with help of Calibrated precision instruments, fixtures and Gauges.
- Surface Finish inspection.
- Visual inspection for its completeness.
- Any other tests, as specified by customers or requirement of standards or as per application of products.
